How it all started.

Level Edge Construction was born in 2001 when Rogelio Rodriguez purchased a small business. Rogelio came from Jalisco, Mexico and worked his way up from a roofing laborer to foreman, project manager, and eventually worked as a top subcontracting crew for some of the most trusted home exterior companies in Minnesota. He then ventured off on his own to grow Level Edge Construction, which remains a family-owned business to this day. Our goal at Level Edge is to treat every project as if it were our own. We strive to provide our customers with an excellent experience from beginning to end. That’s what it means to be part of the Level Edge family.

When is the best time of year to replace my roof?

Summer is the most popular time to get a roof replacement, but spring, summer, and fall are all suitable times of year for a roof replacement in MN. Try to avoid winter, when the weather would be dangerous for roofing.

How long does a new roof last?

With the proper maintenance, asphalt shingle roofs typically last 15-25 years. Metal roofs can last 40-70 years!

Do you offer financing?

We do! We use Enhancify as our financing partner. You can apply under "Resources."

Do you use subcontractors?

No! Unlike most roofing companies, we offer the unique benefit of always utilizing our 100% in-house contracting team. You’ll know exactly who will be working on your roof every time.

What warranty options do you offer?

In addition to the highest manufacturer warranties from top roofing manufacturers, we offer a 10-year workmanship warranty on roof replacements.
